Orders are available to customers across the UK and throughout Europe.
Delivery times are estimates. Once an order is placed, the items get dispatched within 24 hours. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, deliveries take 2 to 4 business days in the UK and 5 to 7 for countries in Europe. Business days refer to Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery costs can be viewed on the checkout page after you have added the medicine to your online shopping cart. Certain countries have import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Customers can contact one of our representatives for more information regarding import controls.
To safeguard the privacy of customers, products are delivered in carefully concealed packaging that gives no information about what is contained inside.
Delays can happen due to various reasons that are beyond our control such as late deliveries from suppliers or problems with the postal service. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, deliveries may also take longer to arrive. If there is an exceptional delay with the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
In the unlikely event that an order is not received by the customer within 28 days of placing it, the order is deemed lost. Please contact our customer support team to report a lost order. An investigation will be conducted and once approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Please ensure that the information you submit when you place an order is accurate and up to date. Incorrect customer details can result in delayed or lost orders. We cannot be held liable for lost orders if we receive incorrect customer information.
