We recommend that all items are fully checked by the customer at the time of delivery. If there is a problem with your order please contact us promptly. We will need to inspect the items so customers should contact us to arrange for the products to be shipped back to us.
All products must be returned in their original condition and in the packaging that was delivered by us. If the customer does not contact us promptly after noticing a problem with their order, or after using the medication for the first time, a request for return cannot be processed. Please note that the cost of returning items is the customer's responsibility. Please ensure items are properly secured and returned with a reliable courier service or chat to customer care for further assistance.
We cannot process refunds if customers have submitted incorrect details such as contact number or delivery address when placing an order. If an order has not arrived on the expected date, please allow adequate time to elapse as there may be problems beyond our control such as issues with the courier service, public holidays etc.
We can only process a request for refund if we have been notified of the problem with the order within 7 days after it has arrived at the customer's address. Once our team has investigated the case, we reserve the right to issue refunds entirely at our discretion.
